You want to tell a great story in a no nonsensical manner, you put the settings right, your actors don't fail you, but even after all these ,in an attempt to make a serious movie, your execution goes wrong and the film turns boring.
This is what has happened with "Romeo Akbar Walter".
It is not a bad movie but the story telling here is not effective and we watch movies to watch and listen to stories.
In brief - it tells the story of a spy who gives us his identity and acquires another , sacrifices everything for the service of his nation and always remained unrecognized.
Great is the intention to tell such a story but the way it is told does not do proper justice.
Could have been much better....
