First big applause for Anushka Sharma!! What a performance, she is unbelievably authentic, not out of character for a single moment.
Then appreciations for Varun Grover (Lyrics) and Anu Malik (Music), such soulful songs!!!!!!
"Sui Dhaaga" is a winner!!
It is difficult to turn the story of people who everyday face hardships for their livelihood into a feel-good cinema, but Sharat Katariya has done it here.
The characters here never stop dreaming and their difficult story is weaved with humor beautifully, making sure you smile throughout.
Varun Dhawan is again brilliant, his energy is infectious. The great actor Raghubir Yadav is top notch again. Special mention for Yamini Das as Mauji's mom who is a show stealer.
The rest of the supporting cast too is authentic and charming!!
It is a beautiful story, in which even after the overload of problems and struggles, the characters laugh, love, dream and achieve.
A few cinematic liberties are taken but that's ok.
