Race franchise anyway is not one which has nostalgia attached to it but still the last 2 were entertaining because of the handling of the proceedings by Abbas Mustan.
No doubt Salman has tried to save it and he can't be blamed.In the final moments when he comes in his full glory, he delivers in full form and tries to make up for things, but it is difficult to survive the whole misadventure just for it.
The problem is there in the execution not in the actors, but still, even after the big assembled cast, you will miss Saif Ali Khan. A few things come from him naturally which seem forced here.
The proceedings are such that whenever you gear up that something may come interesting, a song almost like a complete music video breaks in between and takes away the focus.
The songs are also let down...Even the new "Allah Duhai Hai" does not sound effective.
It would have been better if the makers had made a TV Series of 52 episodes and the audience may have tolerated it...But as a movie, it disappoints really...
In my opinion...Really sorry for Bhai fans as we have received "Dabangg" "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" and "Sultan" from him on Eid. And this one is nowhere comparable to them.....
